| Core |
The core modules deal with all aspects of student details, enrolment details, class timetabling, attendance, class roll, teacher and agent relationships, accounts, student documentation and general record keeping. Student reports include standard starting and leaving lists, student roll, attendance sheets, multi styled marketing reports, and forecasting reports. Also included are room, teacher and agent modules to store detailed information about room resources, teacher details, and agents details and CRM notes. |
| Accomodation |
The accommodation module is a sophisticated booking and tracking system which can cater for multiple types of accommodation including homestays, hotels, motels. Bookings can be matched using explicit and best fit programmable preferences such as 'Pets' or 'Non Smokers' etc. Family members can be audited in detail for quick and easy reference. Rooms within hosts can be named, and availability dates can be assigned to rooms to cater for holidays or dates for which rooms are unavailable. Bookings can be displayed on a drag/drop colour schedule so it is easy to see who is staying with whom! |
| Accounts |
Schoolworks accounts includes multi-rule/multi currency price lists (so Schoolworks can automatically spread charges across multiple price lists periods), journalling, controlled ledger (trial balance), receipt/payment allocations, deposit rules, flexible payment scheduling (to take the headache out of students who do not pay all at once), deferred income, commissions and homestay batch, and export functionality to for other accounts systems. |
| Report |
Schoolworks reports module enables users to create their own 'data objects' (fields, filters, parameters) which in turn can be formatted into reports. Because data objects are 'reuseable' it is easy to create custom sets of data and reformat them in different ways as required. Reports are also exportable to Excel, PDF and onscreen. Because we designed our own easy to use reports system, you don't need to be a technical expert to use it... |
| Online portal |
A fully integrated online portal (.NET/Web services) which allows either direct bookings or agent or corporate account logins to facilitate bookings. All aspects of the portal are controlled from Schoolworks - including courses, accommodation, transfers, insurances, visa, courier fee, account authentication, commissions, discounts... Bookings are viewable as online bookings and can be checked and authorised into the main database. Other features include account control, automated email generation, agent registration emails, forgotten password/password reset, captcha flood control, maintenance mode and many more. |
