of student details, enrolment details, class timetabling, attendance,
class roll, teacher and agent relationships, student documentation
and general record keeping.
Student reports include standard
starting and leaving lists, student roll, attendance sheets,
multi styled marketing reports, and forecasting reports.
Also
included are room, teacher and agent modules to store detailed
information about room resources, teacher details, and agents
details, agency contacts and CRM styled notes.
The tasks module automates emails and reminders to both staff and suppliers (homestays, taxi companies) to ensure everyone is aware of changes and updates to bookings. |

The accommodation module is a sophisticated
booking and tracking system which can cater for multiple types
of accommodation including homestays, hotels, motels.
Bookings
can be matched using explicit and best fit programmable preferences
such as 'Pets' or 'Non Smokers' etc. Family members can be audited
in detail for quick and easy reference.
Rooms within hosts can
be named, and availability dates can be assigned to rooms to
cater for holidays or dates for which rooms are unavailable. |
| Accounts Ledger |
Generate fully automated invoices, credits,receipts, payment in Schoolworks accounts module. Schoolworks has a flexible pricing system to cater for all pricing models.
Schoolworks 2.0 now has a controlled ledger which is fully integrated. Debtors and Creditors are processed in line with the slightly unusual aspects of language schools.
Nominal processing as well as deferred income is supported to ensure you can have visibility of your schools performance and cashflow at all times.
