Schoolworks license pricing is based on which licensing model you choose, which modules you require, and the
number of users.
We can provide a full range of services including hardware/IT infrastructure installation, training, consultancy and bespoke development in order to get the most out of your Schoolworks system.
Schoolworks licensing models
Purchase
Our outright purchase option gives you a licence to use Schoolworks
indefinitely (within the licence terms). You may then purchase annual
maintenance and support options to keep your version of Schoolworks
up to date, and to have access to email, telephone and internet
support.
Bug fixes (not that we have many!) are covered for
one year from date of purchase. Further support requires the purchase
of the maintenance option below.
Annual Subscription Licence
Instead of an outright purchase you may prefer to purchase an annual
subscription licence. An annual licence allows the use of Schoolworks
for one year. Apart from an initial setup and installation fee,
you pay monthly or quarterly for ongoing use. This subscription
includes updates and support for the period.
Maintenance and support options
Maintenance
Our software maintenance option keeps your Schoolworks software
up to date with updates and enhancements. It is purchased annually
and covers Schoolworks versions up to one year old. Older versions
than this must be retrospectively upgraded in multiples of the maintenance
years not paid for.
Support
We offer three levels of support: helpdesk support, training and consultancy.
We offer this support via email, telephone/remote desktop or on-site.
Helpdesk support is available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm for general and technical support for Schoolworks.
Training and consultancy are available as well chargeable hourly or daily
at very competitive prices.
