We offer three levels of support: general help,
training and technical support.
General help and training relate to the operational aspects of Schoolworks,
and technical support is based on hardware, operating system, connectivity
and configuration issues.
Support for schoolworks is managed remotely so we can offer quick
solutions to any problems you may have - our software assurance
option includes remote support, and upgrades when they become available.
General help is included in your maintenance fee and is limited
to simple problems or bugs, training and technical support are chargeable
at very competitive prices. Our charges for these products and services
can be found in our price list.
