Managing Director - Brett Talbot (UK) - B.E. (Elec)
Brett started the development of Schoolworks in February 2000.
Knowing that an in depth working knowledge of language schools would
be crucial for Schoolworks success, Brett worked on site with
its first client, Worldwide School of English, New Zealand to develop
Schoolworks within a working school environment. Worldwide is one of NZ's
leading schools, and it's directors are on the board of NZ's largest
language school association - English NZ.
Brett now lives in the UK where the Schoolworks is now based.
Sales & Marketing Manager - Quezia Soares (UK) - M.A. (Marketing)
Quezia has more than seven years experience working in
the language school industry as a sales and marketing executive
in a language school. Quezia's experience in an actual school environment
adds credibility to Schoolworks offering and she is keen to show
schools the difference that Schoolworks can make to the operational
efficiency of administration departments and the cost savings that
can be achieved from this.
Implementation & Support Manager - Gavin Kirk (UK) - B.E. (Chem)
Gavin's background includes 8 years at one of the UK's
largest digital agency and has extensive experience in working with
large databases for some of the UK's largest corporates including
British Airways, Nissan and Diageo. He also has experience running
their help desk and IT support systems.
Senior Developer - Adam Bokiej (UK) - MSc (C/Science)
Adam has more than 20 years development experience and
a MSc in computer science. Adam brings further development experience
to the team and has been instrumental in developing Schoolworks
SQL 2.0
Finance and Development - Mark Broadhead - (UK) - B.A. (Accounting)
Mark brings accounting experience to Schoolworks - he has
been responsible for overseeing the new accounts ledger in Schoolworks
2.0 and is a recent addittion to the team. Mark is ACA qualified
and also is an experienced software developer.
