When you purchase our software we provide configuration and training as part of our service*.
We can provide training at our offices, or alternatively on site training during the installation phase.
We also offer ongoing phone and remote desktop training which are equally effective at low hourly rates.
Usually, we intensely train one or two members of your staff who in turn become trainers for the rest of your school.
*Bug support and help within the constraints of the help system are included in your maintenance fee/first year of purchase/subscription plan.
